jane elizabeth was born march 17 at 11:48 pm! 9 days early. she was 7 pounds 2 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. it was probably the longest labor for me. sunday morning i was having contractions so we went to the hospital they sent me home because i wasn't dilating at all. the entire afternoon i was still having them but didn't want to go back. finally at 630 we went back because they were too painful. i was dilated to a 5! so they quickly got me hooked because i was also throwing up at this time i wanted the epiderhal fast. as soon as i got it i felt so much better. i don't know how women do it naturally. i'm a wimp.
we love having this little girl. she has been such a good baby so far. the kids are absolutely in love her. they are always helping me by holding her or making sure she has her binkie. i love seeing how much my kids adore her. i am so glad to be done and that she came early. all my kids have come 8 or 9 days early so i was really hoping (and preparing) for her to come! we love our sweet baby jane.

Congratulations! She is beautiful! I'm hoping my little one follows her footsteps and comes early too! Enjoy your precious newborn.
