i can't believe this precious little boy of ours turned 4! Neal is such a fun (and can be VERY difficult) little boy. he is definitely the most talkative and expressive kid of ours. he loves to climb. he climbs every tree and every wall (he seriously can scale up any wall so quickly). he says the funniest things and is always asking me questions. he is so tender towards jane. he always sings to her and protects her. it is the cutest thing to watch. lately he has been making up the most hilarious songs. we just love this kid like crazy.
we had his first friend party this year. he is obsessed with sand and balloons. so we did the party around his favorite things! i had some boxes filled with sand and sand toys and then a table to do a sand craft. after we did the activities they played with some water balloons. we ended the party with cake and ice cream. i never get as many pictures i want. i'm trying to get better, but it was a really fun party and neal really enjoyed having his friends all there.
every time i asked neal what he wanted for his birthday he always said, "coke!" so since i'm a wonderful mom, i let him have a bottle of coke for his birthday!
