Every year Ryan's grandma takes the entire family on vacation (everybody-kids, grand kids and great grand kids). She pays for all the hotel rooms, activities and food. She is AMAZING! This year we went to Yellowstone. I had never been there before. It was absolutely beautiful! The first day we were there grandma rented a bus to take us to all the sites. Not far into the park a bison was blocking the road. It was so cool to see the bison just walk past our bus. We saw lots of bison, elk, eagles, a gorgeous waterfall and of course, Old Faithful. On Saturday we went to the Yellowstone Lake hotel and ate lunch and then rented row boats.
Each day we were there we had to have the famous huckleberry ice cream-it was so delicious.
It was perfect timing to get out of Vegas. The day we left there was a heat warning. It felt good to be in cooler weather. We had so much fun. Thanks Grandma!
