i know it has been 7 months, but i am determined to finish posting our trip to italy!  ryan and i day dream about it all the time.  it was such a wonderful trip!  the other day ryan told me he wanted to plan a trip to europe every year.  fine with me!  one summer we plan on renting a place in europe and taking all the kids and just exploring.

rome was a fascinating city.  the history was just amazing (a special thanks to rick steves downloads).  we spent the enitre first morning at the colloseum and roman forum.  in the afternoon we went to the pantheon, borghese gardens, spanish steps and trevi fountain.  while touring we squeezed in yummy food and delicious gelato!  the next day we went to vatican city and had reservations to the sistine chapel and st. peter's basilica.  then we were off to vernazza!
