last saturday we went to gilcrease orchard to pick our pumpkins! my kids could hardly wait. it's one of our favorite traditions. the farm was so much cuter this year. they had a tractor ride around the entire farm and a little maze and then a big tent set up selling their homemade apple spiced donuts and fresh apple or pear cider (they are seriously the best donuts). they had so many good pumpkins to choose from this year. it was just so hot. next year i told ryan we are coming as soon as they open in the morning so we aren't sweating to death! they other vegetables to pick to, it is such a fun place! now we can't wait to have dinner in a pumpkin and carve them!
