ryan has taken the boys up to the desert right behind us to drive the razor. they are a little crazy but really enjoy it. one saturday cousins even got to go.

cohen has been really enjoying scouts. he think he mostly likes going to play basketball and other fun games in the gym :) i'm still trying to learn everything and stay on top of it all. i still haven't sewn his troop number on or his new badge. it will happen eventually.......
we went up to utah for ryan's dear grandma colleen's funeral. the kids have been dying to go to a roller skating rink. utah kids were in school so we had the whole thing to ourselves. andi and her cousins enjoyed telling the dj every song they wanted played. even jane really enjoyed doing some skating.

grandma colleen's funeral was absolutely amazing. ryan and i still talk about it. the spirit that was felt was so strong, she was truly a wonderful lady. i am so grateful that my kids got to know her and spend time with her. i hope that they will remember those moments.
jane is an odd one. i love her so much. i worry about her all the time, it's hard. therapy is good most days, but some days i can't listen to all the crying. it rips my heart. she is such a blessing and sometimes the only thing i can hold on to is the atonement. i do know one day her body and mind will be made whole. some day i will get the courage to write all my thoughts and feelings on it.

she loves milkshakes

spaghetti face

unfortunately this happened more than once

competition season has begun. one was in january, two more to go! proud of andi's hard work. i think she has really enjoyed cheer but doesn't want to do it again. it is very demanding and she wants to try new things

this kid has started tennis and basketball. he loves both but especially loves playing tennis with daddy

most saturdays are spent at tennis tournaments. this little kid surprises me with his tennis skills. most kids he plays are 10 years old!! he loves this sport and has even told us that he wants to do homeschool and then play tennis all day everyday. we told him no, but i'm not ruling it out. if he loves it that much i would consider in middle school or high school doing a half day sort of thing. i don't want him to miss out on the fun school stuff and he is my super social kid and LOVES being with his friends. we will see what happens....... but honestly, skipping the middles school years might not be a bad option

sometimes neal puts out his clothes each night. i love how he sets it up :)

sometimes i take pictures of myself when i buy something new and send it to ryan :) i was showing him my new shoes. ryan loves it when i buy new things for myself, so grateful he likes to spoil me :)

and the big event for january: braces!! the first few days were a little rough, but now she's a pro
