the weekend after we got back from disneyland ryan and i headed to the indian wells tennis tournament in palm springs. we had planned it with some of our other friends and had so much fun!! ryan and i have been to the US open and the French open, but this tennis tournament was by far our favorite and our friends and us plan to do it every year! us and two other couples drove down thursday evening (the other two couples came friday and i sadly did not get pictures). friday we spen the entire day at the tournament. i couldn't believe how hot it was but it was so fun watching all the matches. we got to see andy murray, nadal, stevie johnson, ferrer and djokovic. the coolest thing about indian wells is watching them warm up. you can get so close and they sign tennis balls after they practice. that was one of my favorite parts. after we spent the day there on friday we all went back to the hotel and met the others for swimming and dinner.
saturday we grabbed some breakfast and headed to an indian reservation fro some hiking. we hit the pool one more time before heading back out for an evening at indian wells. watching tennis at night is one of my favorites! the weather was perfect. we then went and had some dinner and got some ice cream. sunday morning we all slept in and went to a fun breakfast place before heading back to vegas! it was such a fun weekend, i can't wait for next year!!
