my baby turned two on st. patrick's day! i just love this cute curly head girl of mine. she still sucks her thumb and twirls her hair, even in her sleep. she loves the outdoors. she loves to dance. she still has not started talking and has me worried every single day. she has been taking speech therapy since october, but has only progressed a little. we have an appointment to have her tested for autism. she has showed some signs and everything i have read says that the sooner i can get her in therapy, the better. i have had so many up and down days about this. it breaks my heart to think of the problems she will face, but then at the same time i am grateful that Heavenly Father has sent her to me and i am grateful to be her mom. i am grateful for ryan and what a wonderful dad he is to her. i'm sure he and my mom are tired of hearing me cry and worry about this. she brings so much joy to our house and is loved by her brothers and sisters. i hope to write more about her and how she is doing. i need to be better about keeping track. happy birthday sweet girl of ours!
