i have to admit i am really sad christmas is over. the kids were so fun this year and i felt like christmas morning was absolutely perfect. i thought it was perfect to have 3 gifts from santa, 1 gift from mom and dad and a family gift. i really felt like the kids got just the right amount.
christmas eve we spent at my parents. we had a wonderful dinner and then did the nativity. my mom passed out the kids stockings full of christmas jammies, treats and little toys. then we ended the night with a cousin gift exchange. it was such a great night!
christmas morning the kids woke up a little before 7. we had them line up on come down. they were so excited. then we had my whole family over for french toast

andi really wanted the american girl doll molly (and she got her bed), saige's horse (another american girl accessory) and some roller skates, which santa all brought. ryan and i gave her another piece for her christmas village (i give her a piece each year so that she can have a nice set when she gets older). she was so excited to get her my little ponies from g&g anderson and rainbow looms from her cousins.
cohen has been begging for skylanders for the longest time. so for our family gift this year we got the xbox one and gave cohen the skylanders starter pack from ryan and i (we had my parents buy the extra controller and other games). he was so excited!! santa brought him a basketball hoop, a pirates playmobil set and electronic snap circuits (they are so cool and he loves them, i might have to get more he likes them so much). he also loves his lego set from g&g anderson and extra skylander figures from cousins.
neal was excited to get a new bike from santa, a sandbox set (he is obsessed with playing in the sand and this is kinetic sand and doesn't make a mess, it is so cool) and a pirates playmobil set. ryan and i got him a firetruck floor puzzle. he also loves his lincoln logs and tape activity book from g&g anderson (he seriously LOVES the tape book) and he also got a skylanders figure from his cousin.
sweet baby jane got an ear infection christmas eve and wasn't her happy self. but i think she likes her dolly and other little toys she got. we just can't get enough of this girl!!!
we have to take pictures in our christmas day sweaters from g&g anderson (neal was being so difficult). it's one of my favorite traditions. we had such a wonderful christmas and i am so grateful for this little family of mine!!
